We are offering a variety of programs to provide community connections! Embark on the quickest commute—just by clicking on the event during it's scheduled time—and you'll be transported to the program!

Autumn 2021 (September 27 through December 10)

20 Minutes Still Meditation
Monday, Wednesdays, & Fridays 8:00–8:20 am (CST), September 27th through October 15th
Still the mind and body, open the heart, join us online in our Virtual Living Room. No experience necessary, open to those of all spiritual backgrounds.

Morning Yoga
Wednesdays 9:00–9:25 am (CST), September 29–December 8 **No class on November 24th
Wake up and start the day with this short yoga practice for all levels. Wear any comfortable clothing that you can move in. A yoga mat is recommended for this class.

Yin Yoga
Thursdays 5:30–6:30 pm (CST), September 30–December 9 **No class on November 25th
A slow and restorative yoga class, in which each pose is held for 3-5 minutes, with the aim of relaxing mind and body. People of all levels of experience with yoga are welcome. Wear any comfortable clothing that you can move in. If you don't have a yoga mat, a rug or folded blanket on the floor are good substitutes. Bring any pillows or blankets you have on hand to help make your poses more comfortable.
