20 Minutes Still Meditation
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays | 8–8:20 am (CST)
Still the mind and body, open the heart, join us online in our Virtual Living Room. No experience necessary, open to those of all spiritual backgrounds.
Tuesdays 5:30 –6:30 pm (CST) (September 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 20, 17, 24; December 1, 8)
Grab your mat and join Rachel Carbonara online for live yoga sessions from the comfort of your living room. A slow, meditative yoga class for all, whether you have experience with yoga or want to try it out for the first time. This class is designed for unwinding at the end of the day, with special attention to moving the body in ways that combat the negative effects of long periods of sitting and computer use. Wear any comfortable clothing that you can move in. If you don't have a yoga mat at home, use a folded blanket or practice on a rug. If possible, have two pillows and a blanket available to use as props.
Wednesdays 9:00–9:25 pm (CST) (September 30; October 7, 14, 21, 28; November 4, 11, 18, 25; December 2, 9)
Wake up and start the day with this short yoga practice for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mat recommended.

A class designed to bring movement to the entire body, incorporating strength, flexibility, and balance. This class moves at a relatively fast pace, balanced with moments of rest. People of all levels of experience with yoga are welcome. Wear any comfortable clothing that you can move in. A yoga mat is recommended for this class.
