20 Minutes Still Meditation in Bond
Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00–8:20 am (CST)
Still the mind and body, open the heart, join us in Bond Chapel a few minutes before 8am. No experience necessary, open to those of all spiritual backgrounds. Prior to arrival or when you arrive, sign-in here.
Gentle Yoga in Rockefeller
Tuesdays 5:30–6:30 pm (CST)
A slow, meditative yoga class for all, whether you have experience with yoga or want to try it out for the first time. This class is designed for unwinding at the end of the day, with special attention to moving the body in ways that combat the negative effects of long periods of sitting and computer use. Wear any comfortable clothing that you can move in. Please bring a yoga mat. Mats will not be provided. Please note that the University's masking requirements must be followed during this class. Ponder Over Pizza GAME NIGHT
Thursdays 6–7 pm (CST) in Ida Noyes 034
A weekly hangout to talk about parts of us that matter. Inspired by the We're Not Really Strangers Card Game. Come with friends, come to make friends, come to be friends! What is your heart telling you that you've been ignoring? What is a compliment you wish you received more frequently? What part of your life works? What part of your life hurts? What lesson took you longest to unlearn?

We will order Chinese food, brew tea and celebrate the Lunar New Year together! RSVP
2/11: Tea and Meditation (3–3:30 pm)
15 minutes of tea-drinking followed by 15 minutes of silent sitting.
sit.breathe.talk - Mindfulness Ambassador Program
30-minute practice and conversation for those who wish to begin or deepen their own meditation practice and share learned skills with others. Through being present and connecting through conversation, we learn to bring gentleness, mindfulness and openness into daily life. Sessions can be offered upon request with flexible time options.
