Spiritual Practice

Sit.Breathe.Talk

Meet Facilitator (Rob Zabel) in Ida Noyes 034 (Schedule)
30-minute one-on-one sessions for those who wish to begin or deepen their meditation practice.

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays | 5:30 pm to 6:30 | Rockefeller Chapel
Focus is on stretching gently and breathing deeply. Connecting poses into a fluid series, we pause in each posture long enough to reconnect to the body and breath, creating a moving meditation. All levels. Bring a yoga mat.

Pranayama Meditation

Wednesdays | 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm | Rockefeller Chapel
Learn the powerful breath-harnessing practices of pranayama, used for millennia to cleanse impurities and blockages from the energetic body. With a few simple practices of binding, sealing, and containing the breath, the mind slows down and meditation becomes more profound.

Yin Yoga

Thursdays | 4 pm to 5pm | Rockefeller Chapel
A mix of vinyasa, stretching, and restorative poses to slow down, connect with your breath, and find deep rest. Bring a yoga mat.

Tea & Zen

Fridays | 2 to 3 pm | Ida Noyes 034
Slow down with us at the end of the week. Come and enjoy some freshly brewed Chinese tea, traditional tea snacks, and wholesome conversations.

Chi Gong & DAOISM

4-week session: Jan. 13, 20, 27, Feb 3 | 11 am to 12 pm | Rockefeller Chapel
Facilitated standing meditation “zhan zhuang” introducing Daoist internal alchemy. Wear long, loose–sleeves and bring water.
