A series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing. Bring yoga mat.

VINYASA YOGA

Thursdays 9–10 am

Rockefeller

A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Bring yoga mat.

GENTLE YOGA

Wednesdays 5:30–6:30 pm

Virtual on Zoom

Designed for unwinding at end of day. Combat the negative effects of long periods of sitting and computer use. Email yoga@lists.uchicago.edu for zoom link. You will need a yoga mat.
